• Original Educational Diploma

How to apply for a work visa?

The basic procedure:

first the applicants should prepare the materials required and the medical report; then we submit the application form and apply for the work permit. Having examined by the office, short- term resident permit is acquired, and then comes the work permit. Last applicants can apply for a long-term stay.

 

You need to provide:

As a company, the fundamental certificates;

As an individual, passports, work certificate, certificate of education, no crime certificate, proof of employment, ID card, and medical report.

 

Attention:

Holder of Z visa should enter China within 90 days after visa is issued and must register at local public security bureau within 30 days of arrival, where the China Residence Permit will be issued to replace Z visa to allow multiple entry for one year.

 

Why we need a work visa?

Processing a work visa should be the first step to build your career in China. If you break the rule, the consequences can be serious.

In severe cases, foreigners may be put in jail for 15 days as well as having to pay a fine. They may even hold you past the 15 days until the fine is paid.

They may also be deported or ordered to leave China. The punishment will be decided based on how serious the violation and whether it is intentional or unintentional. However, the law doesn’t specify what circumstances are serious and intentional, and how to measure them, so ultimately this is based on the judgment of the police.
