The client does not have an undergraduate degree. He wished to expand his business to France.

Brief Facts: 

The client started an undergraduate degree in China but did not graduate. He had a photo-shooting business majorly in China. He wished to expand his business to France.

Our Approach: 

The client was added to our pre-sale Wechat group and invited to chat face to face with our consultant. We let him understand that France ICT (Intra Corporate Transferee) Entrepreneur Program is eligible for a broad range of applicants. If the applicant has management experience, he needs to have at least 3 months’ experience as shareholder or senior management. If he holds a master degree, he needs to have EURO 30K to establish a company in France. There are no other requirements on education.

Result: 

He struggled between Italy and France. He chose France at the end because the Italy program requires a degree. He would use around RMB 1M to expand his photo-shooting business to France. There would be no requirements on employment and turnover of business during renewal of visa.
