The client had around RMB 200M stocks. She also had 3 houses. (One for her own living and 2 for investment.)

Our Approach: 

There is no stock exchange information on one of the stocks from our client. The Immigration Department of Australia issued 4020 notice to her for her application for Australia 188B Investor stream. After thorough communications with client, we discovered the “stock” was actually a “fund”. We further submitted fund documents issued by the fund company documents, as well as the official website of the Fund to Immigration Department of Australia.

Result: 

The client was approved for Australia 188B Investor Stream at the end.
