Case: 

Real-estate company owner interested in the America EB-5 investment immigration program. His 10-years B1 visa was cancelled by the USA immigration office due to his unsuccessful application on L1 and F Visa.

Brief Facts: 

Client set his eyes on EB-5 program without knowing the government has announced a 10-years waiting period with less than 30% of application approval rate. Client did not know other options in USA immigration, or what sort of business he should run if he was to join the L1A entrepreneur program.

Our Approach: 

although L1A Visa is not the direct Green Card he was looking for. We explained to client, with failed application records, and a long waiting period for EB-5, there were no other immigration streams in USA that suits his situation. We analyzed his business and created a reasonable business plan for the client, enthesis on the positive impact his real-estate developing business could bring.    

Result: 

The client’s L1A application was approved and obtained Visa in 6 months. The 5 children of his who are in university are able to move to USA as well. They are considering to transfer their credits and continue their education in USA.
