Quebec Investor Immigration Program (QIIP) is one of the easiest immigration program in Canada, yet its’ requirement & application time frame is rather tough comparing to other investor programs in Europe. The Portugal Golden Visa processing time is at about 17 months. To obtain and maintain the visa status, the only requirement is to make a time deposit of 1 Million Euro. The fund can be withdrawn at any time after obtaining status.
