Client work in a start-up E commerce solution company. Company has less than 15 people with over 15 million of revenue. Brief Facts: 

UK Representative of an Overseas Business Visa is an intra company transfer program. Applicant is hired by the mother company and set up a branch in UK, company branch is financially and legally separated from the mother company but runs the same business. Only requirement for the mother company is to have at least 10 employees and minimum of 800K turnover.
