 The client applied for EB-1A but was not successful.

Brief Facts: 

The client studied in USA. After her graduation, she applied for H-1B and worked for a big company. However, holder of H-1B could only enjoy low salary. She went back to China. But she discovered that the salary was even lower. She wished to work again in USA. Many of her tutors applied EB-1A to work in USA, but her application failed.

Our Approach: 

The client looked for us and we recommended her to apply for NIW. Many agents only offered the option of EB-1A. The client had a master in Mechanical Engineering. Her main achievements include 12 papers, 1 national award. She also won several company awards and was an ordinary member of several local associations. Her background fulfilled the requirements of NIW but was not useful for EB-1A.

Result: 

The client applied for NIW and was successful with her application. She got the green card just like the applicants that applied for EB-1A.
