 The client wanted to put his kid to study in USA public primary school.

Brief Facts: 

The client and his wife wanted to accompany his kid in USA. The client did not have good English tests result and only studied high school.

Our Approach: 

The client looked for us and we recommended him to apply for F-1 Academic Student Visa. For his spouse and kid, they can apply for F-2 visa. In this way, the kid can enjoy education in public primary for long term. He will be treated as a local student instead of international student. The restriction under USA law that international student could not study in public school would be overridden for him. He could study in public school for free, or private school by paying tuition of local students. On the other hand, since the client did not have good English tests result and only studied high school, we helped him to apply for community college that required no language requirements and offered English language classes.

Result: 

The client applied for F-1 Academic Student Visa and was successful for his application. So, he gained F-1 Academic Student Visa while his family gained F-2 visa.
