Case:

The client was a Hong Kong national with a masters degree and over 12 years of work experience as a nurse.  She wanted to apply for Skilled worker visa (subclass 189)

Brief Facts: 

Although she was able to score enough points to qualify, because she was a nurse, she needed to register with the relevant authority in Australia.

Our Approach: 

We spoke with the relevant authority, NMBA (Nursing and Midwife board of Australia) in Australia and guided the client to complete the online registration. It took her eight weeks to complete the registration and take the IELTS english test. Meanwhile we assembled all the paperwork. We submitted the application once the client completed NMBA registration.

Result: 

The client successfully received the Skilled worker visa (subclass 189) 12 months after submission of the application.
