Case:

The client was a Thai national who wanted a Spanish non lucrative visa .

Brief Facts: 

The client was a 38 year old, married Thai national. It was a straightforward application however, his degree certificate was framed and therefore could not be apostilled.

Our Approach: 

We reached out to the clients university, found out the process for applying for a new degree certificate. The client then applied and received a new certificate which we had translated and legalized. We then submitted the application.

Result: 

The client and his family received the non lucrative visas within 4 months of submitting the application.
