The client was at age 38, wished to reside in Hong Kong and let her children attend school in Hong Kong. With only high school education, she was not eligible for Hong Kong skilled workers (GEP, QMA) programs.

Brief Facts: 

The Hong Kong immigration office accepts applications with applicants under age of 40. Also, as a mother, client wish to have a relatively free schedule for taking care of children.

Our Approach: 

Our consultant recommended the Hong Kong Associated Degree Program, which allow main applicant attend university in Hong Kong and to let her children attend school in Hong Kong as a dependent applicant. Consultant assessed the education background of the client and selected Major & Elective courses which are relatively easy and not time consuming.

After 3 months, the client’s application was approved right after her 39th birthday. The selected Major with over 80% of bachelor Degree acceptance rate, client can further develop her immigration and education path, to consider continuing higher education and reside in Hong Kong to acquire Permanent Residence after 7 years.
