Business owner who has limited English skills wish to immigrate to Australia.

Brief Facts: 

The Australia Business Innovation Stream (subclass 188A) accepts applicants who has no English language test result. Applicants only have to acquire a minimum score of 65 points on the government required assessment, show previous experience with running company, then applicant with his/ her spouse and children under age of 21 may be granted with Australia visa.

Our Approach: 

Instead of starting a brand-new business in Australia, GLOBEVISA have selected some potential businesses which are available for sale, ranging from restaurants, retail, B&B, auto repair and etc.

The government also request applicant to show proof on a business ownership which had at least 2 years of company turnover o AUS 500K or more. We assisted and explained to government on the industry situation for not fulfilling the turnover requirement.

Result: 

The client bought a B&B with about AUD 1.5 million, business begins to run on the right track within 4 months. The B&B is fully booked till end of 2019, making a promising future of permanent residency application, with almost certainty of company turnover of AUD 30K.
