Case: 

Vietnam client who had 2 visa rejection history, wish to proceed surrogacy surgery in US, let the new born baby to obtain US citizenship. Immigration to US eventually.

Brief Facts: 

Surrogacy for humanitarian purposes have been allowed in Vietnam from 2015 after the amended Family and Marriage Law passed with nearly 60 percent of votes from the National Assembly.

Our Approach: 

Client went through our interview training, and GLOBEVISA applied her USA B2 visa for “medical treatment” reason. Client has to go through a 2 hour long, one to one interview section at the custom, and passed the interview with the answers we went through during the training.

Result: 

Client obtained the B2 multi-entry visa in 3 weeks, which is valid for 10 years. More importantly, children who are born in US will become US citizen, then family can apply for immigration later on.
