Case:
Client applied for a short-term work and travel program and requires a J-1 visa to work there.
Brief Facts:
Client just graduated from college. Before finding a job, client didn't want to waste time just for travelling. Instead, he planned to join working holiday program. As he felt like America is the furthest from where he lives, he should take the chance to go there first. Therefore, client searched online and find a work and travel program. It lasts for 4 months and includes one grace period. So, as a fresh graduate, he could work for 4 months to save up and spend 1 whole month to travel around United States.
Our Approach:
We gathered client's information and documents such as job offer letter, basic financial support and school graduation confirmation letter. We also prepared an interview counselling session in order to let client understand the content of the interview in the Consulate.
Results:
Client received the J-1 visa and has been working in Wisconsin, United States for 2 months.
