Being an American permanent resident has always been a dream for the client. Client knew that failing in the interview not only imply that he would not receive the visa this time, it also implies that you will have a record of visa rejected for approval and leads to higher chance of failure next time. As going to America is client's plan for his future, he wants to ensure this golden opportunity to immigrate there.
