Case:       

Client lived in Europe but did not hold any suitable European identity in terms of opening a bank account in his living country.

Brief Facts:      

Client lived in France. But banks in France did not accept his identity when he tried to open an account, stating that his permit was not able to open an bank accounts in France. As client was in a urgent need of depositing his money and transferring it, he required somewhere in Europe to open up a bank account if possible. In addition, client had limited budget upon the account opening fee.

Our Approach: 

Regarding the limited budget of the client, it would be the best if client do not need to land in order to finish the account opening process. We suggested client with the Cyprus personal bank account opening. With his identity, he could open an account in Cyprus with only EUR$1000 to put in. As client is a Chinese citizen moving to France, he had certain needs on transferring money in and out of China. This bank account could let you have an international bank card and provide Chinese bank services and Chinese bank manager. As a result, there would be no communication problems.
