Client is a 51-year-old guy who owns 30% share of a technology-oriented company in China. His company handles business about computer games, mobile games, VR technology and so on. His revenue can be up to $100 million. Client does own a company in Hong Kong. However, there are no office or employees. Whenever there's a customer coming up, client would meet somewhere in Hong Kong. For the Hong Kong company registered, the revenue is around $20 million with $5000 tax payment per year. Both companies do not have any relationship between each other.
