Case:
Client is a Chinese, aimed to apply for Quebec Investment Immigration Program (QIIP) and wanted to bring his wife along. Chinese marriage is not accepted so they decided to use marriage service in Hong Kong.
Brief Facts:
Client had been married in China for more than 10 years. He wanted to immigrate to Canada and also opened some accounts in other countries in order to split his business risks. While applying for QIIP, he realised that his marriage certificate is not approved and thus he wasn't allowed to bring along his wife.
Our Approach:
As client had some requirements on getting everything done, such as limiting the amount of travelling and fastening every process, so we recommended Hong Kong Marriage. To increase the successful possibility of applying for Quebec Investment Immigration Program, a certified marriage could definitely help it. Thus, the property owned by two parties are always separated which means that once a couple divorce, both properties belong to themselves separately and they would have no fear to lose their own capital. Plus, this marriage matches with client's hope. For the registration, only 1 party has to come to Hong Kong for such procedure. Oath-taking then requires both parties which limits the amount of travelling.
Results:
Because of the marriage program, clients successfully passed the Quebec Investment Immigration Program.
