Case:       

Client is a Chinese, aimed to apply for Quebec Investment Immigration Program (QIIP) and wanted to bring his wife along. Chinese marriage is not accepted so they decided to use marriage service in Hong Kong.

Client had been married in China for more than 10 years. He wanted to immigrate to Canada and also opened some accounts in other countries in order to split his business risks. While applying for QIIP, he realised that his marriage certificate is not approved and thus he wasn't allowed to bring along his wife.
